Honsyl Limited was incorporated under the amended provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1992.

It commenced operations on the 7th of February, 1994. It initially focused on the provision of services bordering on Industrial Procurement, Product Manufacturing, Engineering and Contracting. It has however consolidated through forward integration into Exports and Imports.

Exports

This for now is one of the main activities of this company and involves the export of core strategic Nigerian products such as Yam and Plantain Flour, Nigerian Seasonings, Furniture components from her Export Factory in Akure, Sesame Seeds, Sheanuts, Peanuts and Charcoal.

Imports

It has recently commenced the importation of some durable goods into Nigeria under its brand name.
