professional team of skilled, talented and motivated financial
technocrats.
DR. J.O. SADA (M.D/CEO)
Dr Sada holds a B.Sc. (1983) and MBA
(1985) degrees in Accounting and Finance respectively from the
University of Benin and attended the Columbus University, for
his Doctorate with a specialization in Finance. A qualified
Accountant, Dr. Sada had his initial professional training
with Adedayo Osobu & Co (Chartered
Accountants) and then Olu Obasogie & Co.
(Chartered Accountants).
Dr Sada has led and supervised
major consultancy assignments to the University of Benin
Teaching Hospital, Edo Development & Property Authority,
Okomu Oil Palm Plc, Shell Petroleum Development
Company, Mobil Producing and Texaco Overseas etc.
Dr. Sada has over a decade of Senior and
Top Management experience in the Nigerian Money and Capital
Markets. He has also served as a consultant in the Syndication
and Management of Multilateral Funds like IBRD, IDA Credit and
IFC.
Dr. Sada is the Executive Chairman of
Honsyl Limited and the Managing Director and Chief Executive
of Honsyl Merchant Plc.
CYNTHIA OKIEMUTE (CHIEF OPERATING
OFFICER)
Ms Okiemute attended the London
City Polytechnic, where she graduated with an
Upper Credit Diploma.
She had her
professional training with James Paterson & Co.
(Chartered Accountants) where she distinguished
herself in several statutory and private audits. She later
moved to Scott Williams & Co. (Chartered
Accountants) and then Accenture
before joining the Honsyl Global Group.
She is an associate of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants of England and Wales.
Ms Okiemute, who operates
from our base in the United Kingdom, manages the operations of
the Group as the Chief Operating Officer. She is also the
Groups’ Head, Financial Consultancy but also
supervising the marketing and development of Global Assets and
Investments.

CHIWETALU OBIORA (ASSISTANT GENERAL
MANAGER)
Mr. Chiwetalu Obiora
is a seasoned Accountant and
Administrator. He obtained his
Diploma in Accounting from the
Institute of Management Technology (IMT), a
Bachelors and a Masters Degree (MBA) in
Management from the Enugu and the
University of Nigeria respectively.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria having acquired his
professional training with Akintola Williams Deliotte
& Touché & Co (Chartered
Accountants).
Mr Chiwetalu
presently has numerous years of experience at top management
levels in the manufacturing and financial sectors of the
Nigeria economy. He has also attended a series of senior
management courses in both Nigeria and overseas.
KAYODE OGUNDIPE - Head: Finance & Control
Mr . KayodeAdedeji Ogundipe attended the Osun State Polytechnic where he acquired an Upper Credit at both the Ordinary and Higher National Diploma in Accounting in 2005.
Mr . Ogundipe had his Professional Accounting Training with Odili Okechuwu & Co.a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants. A shrewd Accountant with a penchant for structuring Accounting Systems and Control. Mr Ogundipe has attended numerous professional training and workshops in Nigeria.
Mr . Ogundipe heads the Finance and Control units of the company. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
GABRIEL AVAROBE (HEAD-EXPORT
GROUP)
Mr Gabriel Avarobe graduated from the
University of Benin with a Bachelors
of Science (B.Sc.) degree in
Accounting, in 1995. He did his National
Service with the Honsyl Consolidated Oil Services
Limited, Port Harcourt where he distinguished himself
in accounting and finance.
Mr Avarobe has attended numerous
post-graduate and management advancement programmes in Nigeria
and abroad.
He is been exposed to the export units of the
group since 1997. He is also a member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
FUNMILAYO F. KOMOLAFE (TREASURY
ADVISOR)
Funmilayo Faith
Komolafe attended both the University of
Benin and the Yaba College of
Technology where she graduated with a 2nd class Upper
in marketing. She has also attended graduate courses with a
specialization in Treasury
Management.
Funmi Komolafe is
a management expert with varied work experience at top levels
in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. A shrewd investor with a
reputation for structuring and closing viable
deals in the
global currencies and energy markets.
Ms
Komolafe operates from the group’s offices in the
United Kingdom.
OGOLOWA MARIAN OLUWOR (INVESTMENT
ADVISOR)
Ms Ogolowa Marian
attended and obtained her Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business Administration from the
much-acclaimed Madona University. This she
complemented with numerous post-graduate courses and seminars
in treasury and marketing management.
Ms
Ogolowa, an experienced marketer, is a gifted planner
and goal-getter with a knack for sniffing profitable and
viable investment opportunities.
Ms
Ogolowa, an investment advisor, presently manages a
bulk portfolio of assets and funds for very high net worth
Nigerians and companies.
OKELOLA OLUWASEYI SEUN - Head: Customer Relations
Ms Okelola Seun attended the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin and the Lagos State University, Ojo for her qualifications in Business Administration in 2002 and 2004 respectively. She also holds a Diploma in Computing in 2001.
Ms Okelola Seun has acquired numerous years of experience with reputable companies – Motor Trends Limited, Eshalomi & Company (Solicitors & Legal Practitioners) etc.
Ms Okelola Seun presently heads our Customer relations desk in Nigeria.
