As an associate of Honsyl Global Asset Management Limited, United Kingdom, it commenced operations on September 12, 1989 and was approved-in-principle by the CBN on April 25, 1992. The Company's shareholders fund as at December 31, 2004 is over N50 million with an annual turnover in excess of N250 million.
