Honsyl Consolidated Oil Services Limitedwas established to operate in both the upstream and downstream sectors of the Oil and Gas sectors of the Nigerian Economy. The Company was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree on May 8th, 1995 and thereafter approved by the Federal Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to engage in the trading of Petroleum Products, and other Services. We have a growing clientele base of satisfied customers which includes industrial and domestic users and Filling Station owners across the nation.

Our Petroleum services are rendered under the following divisions:

Oil Services: Our Company is an importer, a bulk buyer and a bulk seller of petroleum products, we also do retail marketing which includes on the spot depot sales of product, Supply to corporate organizations, private businesses, hospitals, hotels, fast food companies and filling stations.

Transport Services: Under the transport division the company has a fleet of 33,000 litre trucks which primarily bridge petroleum products to all parts of the country especially to the Eastern and the Northern parts of Nigeria, and 15,000 litres metered trucks which peddle petroleum product to small local consumers, e.g., petrol stations, companies and private homes. The trucks are also leased to other organizations for haulage of their products. In the future the section would be a fully developed subsidiary and expand into importation, sales and services of trucks, with a fully equipped workshop to handle repairs of own and other companies’ trucks.

Marine & Shipping Services: This section of our company handles all our imports, especially of petroleum products both for our company and for other companies products need, vessel leasing, acquisition, bunkering, coastal marine services and supplies to offshore oil servicing companies, dredging companies, fishing trawlers and others, and in the future it would expand and acquire smaller specialized vessels that would move LPG across the coastal states of Nigeria and the West Africa coast.

Her services covers the supply of and the provision of Energy Brokerage Services on the following range of products which are available at very competitive prices:- Petroleum as well as its derivatives- Naphtha, High Pour/Sulphur Fuel Oil, Low Pour/Sulphur Fuel Oil, Diesel and Chemicals. Our clients benefit from competitive pricing, Product quality and availability at very short notices.

Honsyl Consolidated also provides Energy marketing consulting services to producers and end users. She specializes in the exploration of market volatility and arbitrage opportunities in an effort to improve existing wellhead netbacks and reduce the exposure to commodity prices and stream differentials.

Honsyl Consolidatedin association with its parent financial advisory company, Honsyl Merchant Plc, has recently established a credit facility to companies for the supply of all Petroleum Products (AGO, PMS,DPK, LPFO etc.) to reputable Petrol stations and companies in Nigeria.
